One of the most popular herbs is Ocimum basilicum commonly called basil. Often called the ?king of herbs? basil can be grown indoors or outdoors. Basilico is a cm long, oval, pointed, dark green leaves and cloves pepperish of smell and taste. Fresh basil makes a beautiful small bushy plant, growing a foot or more inside.
