Question by fun4bru: does anyone know where I can get legal advice for free in Pa for real estate law?
My husband and I bought our house in 2004? we just realized that our back addition does not have a foundation under it? The lawyer we went to see said that we have a case but it is going to cost us 5000.00 to MAYBE win 20000.00 what can we do?

Check around. There may be a lawyer who will do it for free contingent on getting rewarded if you win.
Sounds like an interesting case ? but a lousy situation.
